EQDC is Headquartered at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. There are two premises in Gandhinagar – One at Plot No.B- 177/178, & another at Plot No. B – 23/2, in Electronics Estate, G.I.D.C., Sector-25, Gandhinagar – 382024

The 1st one, with 4 story building houses various engineering variable Testing facilities & laboratories,e.g.; Electrotechnical, Temperature, Humidity, Pressure, Dimension, Mass, Flow, Software Testing Laboratories, in addition to high tech Training facility, a Library containing Technical Informations / books/ National International standards.

Another new premises houses offices, Water meter calibration Laboratory, Induction Motor & Submersible Pump/Motor Testing facility, Medical Laboratory, EMI/EMC Testing facility, Photovoltaic Laboratory, Safety Laboratory & Quality Facilitation Centre.
